For orders less than $25 (pre-tax) there is a flat shipping charge of $5.75 for Ground Service to anywhere in the USA. Orders of $25 (pre-tax) or more receive Free Shipping (Ground service) to anywhere in the USA.

How soon will you ship?
Orders placed before 11am (Eastern time) will ship within 2 business days. While we will try our best to meet this service level, there could be delays due to unavoidable circumstances or holiday rush. Once your order ships, you will receive an email
Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Tennessee and your order will ship from that location. We only ship to US and Canadian addresses.
I chose standard shipping, what mode of transport do you use? how soon can I expect to receive my order?
We will use a ground service offered by USPS. Allow 3-7 business days depending on where you are located in the USA. This is not guaranteed, it is only an estimate. See service map below.
